Our Bread

  1. How do you choose the bakeries you work with?
In every area where the charity works, we will establish bakery partners who share our passion for real bread and bringing about social change. All Breadwinner bakeries have been handpicked for the exceptional quality of their loaves. Each loaf is fresh the day it is delivered, made with expert care, skill and love, using traditional baking methods, 100 % natural ingredients and absolutely no additives and preservatives. We are currently lucky enough to be working with renowned London bakeries The Celtic Bakers and GAILS’s.
  2. How should I store my bread?
Breadwinners bread is fresh artisan bread and will keep perfectly in the bag it is delivered in for a couple of days. After three or four days, we recommend toasting it and covering it in butter and jam or humous, it will be absolutely delicious. Lots of customers also slice our bread and pop it in the freezer to take out and toast whenever you need.

Our Breadwinners

  1. How do you choose the Breadwinners you work with?
Every Breadwinner we work with has been referred by a leading partner charity. Every Breadwinner has been through a thorough application process and once accepted to the programme, attend a carefully crafted training programme where they receive training in all they need to know to start their bsiness.
