Breadwinner Terms and Conditions

About us

Breadwinners Foundation CIO (Registered Charity Number 1166646) has been set up to strip away the barriers faced by those who are struggling with employment and arm them with all the microfinance, training, contacts, equipment and, crucially – the support they need, to set up and power their own bread delivery business, delivering locally sourced, delicious bread to their community by bicycle.

All Breadwinners are self-employed, and responsible for their own orders and customers. This website is therefore just to centralise the process of orders and payments and nothing beyond that.

After reading these Terms and Conditions if you require more information, feel free to contact our team at hello@breadwinners.org.uk before placing an order with us.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the product is available, you will receive an email from us after placing an order. This email is an Order Confirmation to notify you of the fact we have received and accepted your order. The Order Confirmation email is also your invoice.

If you notice any error in the Order Confirmation please be in touch with Marika on hello@breadwinners.org.uk immediately upon receipt of email. Your local Breadwinner will deliver the products you have ordered in person to the address you specify for delivery when you placed your order and as reflected in your Order Confirmation. It is important that this address is accurate and that you include a place for your Breadwinner to deliver if you are not there.

Your Breadwinner will aim to deliver all products in the delivery slot requested but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery time may extended by a reasonable period.

You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you or the place you specified if you are not there to collect your order.
