Breadwinners Named Top 100 UK Social Enterprise!
Breadwinners has been named a finalist in the Impact Management Pioneer category at the NatWest SE100 Social Enterprise Awards – and we’re officially one of the Top 100 UK Social Enterprises in the SE100 2025! 🙌
“So proud of the Breadwinners team for being recognised yet again – We’ve been embedding Participatory Action Research every year to understand how we can improve our programmes, ensuring young refugees lead and shape the changes that matter to them. Grateful to all our passionate core team and trustees, past and present!”
This recognition is a celebration not only of the impact we’re creating with and for young refugees – through meaningful work opportunities, paid employment and wellbeing support – but also of how we measure and manage that impact.
Through Participatory Action Research, powered by Earlybird AI, young refugees are helping shape the direction of our programmes. And this year, we’re proud to be sharing for the first time our Environmental Impact, thanks to the support of On Purpose and Maria Fletcher. 🌱
We can’t wait to release our 2025 Impact Report, full of powerful stories, fresh insights, and the tangible progress we’re making together.
A huge thank you to our incredible core team:
Martín Cosarinsky Campos | Emily Boling | Raina Khan | Hussam Al Samman | Josie Kyan | Emmanuelle Laloum | Antonia Gillett | Kateryna Voievoda | Fawzia Haeri Mazanderani | Amjad Alamri | Maria Fletcher 👏
